Soft pink petals with subtle sweetness and a velvety texture—Musk Mallow is perfect for puddings, drinks, and delicate garnishes that look too good to eat (but you absolutely should).
Ingredients:
• 200ml double cream
• 1 tsp rosewater
• 1 tbsp Musk Mallow petals
Method:
1. Whip cream to soft peaks.
2. Fold in rosewater and petals. Serve with berries or cakes.
