At Seed Revolution Limited, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your wild flower seeds, we're here to help.

Standard Returns:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@seedrevoltution.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Please ensure to include your order number and reason for return in your communication.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within [number] business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

No Grow No Fee Refund Policy:

We understand that sometimes despite best efforts, wild flower seeds may not grow as expected. For cases where your seeds do not germinate or produce plants, we offer a no grow no fee refund policy.

Please contact our customer service team at info@seedrevolution.co.uk within 2 calendar months of the expected germination date to initiate a refund request under our no grow no fee policy. Our team will guide you through the process and may request additional information such as photos or proof of purchase.

Upon review and verification of your request, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference and our available stock.
