Ingredients:

• Apple juice

• Gelatine

• Sugar

Musk Mallow petals


Method:

1. Make a clear jelly with juice, sugar, and gelatine.

2. Pour halfway into moulds, add Musk Mallow petals.

3. Let set slightly, then top up and chill until firm.


Serving Tip: Looks like floral stained glass. Tastes like garden magic.
