Wild Teasel Lemonade - A Wild Kitchen Manifesto
Wild Teasel Lemonade
🌿 Teasel
(Dipsacus fullonum)
Spiky on the outside, soft-hearted on the inside. Use only the tiny purple florets, not the whole flower head (unless you like eating porcupines).
👉 Embrace the punkest flower out there
Ingredients:
• 1L cold water
• Juice of 3 lemons
• 3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
• 2 tbsp Teasel flower syrup (or use honey from above)
• Ice, lemon slices, Teasel florets to garnish
Method:
1. Combine everything, stir until sugar dissolves.
2. Serve over ice, add florets for that wildflower chic.
Serving Tip: Add vodka to level it up. Garden party = sorted.
