Sneezewort Herb Salt
(Achillea ptarmica)
Don’t let the name put you off—Sneezewort has crisp, peppery leaves and lacy flowers that lend bite to wild herb mixes.
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp chopped Sneezewort leaves and flowers
• 100g sea salt
• Zest of 1 lemon
Method:
1. Blitz all ingredients in a blender until well mixed.
2. Spread on a tray to dry.
3. Store in a jar for seasoning everything.
Serving Tip: Sprinkle on roast veg, fish, or popcorn for wild flavour.
