Viper's Bugloss Blossom Gin
(Echium vulgare)
Electric blue flowers with a nectar-sweet bite. Use them in sweet treats, infusions, or desserts for a subtle cucumber-honey flavour.

Ingredients:
- 500ml gin - Gordon's always does the job
- 2 tbsp Viper’s Bugloss flowers
- Zest of 1 lemon
Method:
- Add everything to a clean jar.
- Steep for 3–5 days, then strain.
- Serve with tonic, a lemon wedge, and a smug expression.
Serving Tip: Blue floral gin > boring regular gin. Trust us.
