Viper's Bugloss Blossom Gin

💙 Viper’s Bugloss

(Echium vulgare)

Electric blue flowers with a nectar-sweet bite. Use them in sweet treats, infusions, or desserts for a subtle cucumber-honey flavour.

🤒 Have you caught the Bug(loss) for your garden

Ingredients:

  • 500ml gin - Gordon's always does the job
  • 2 tbsp Viper’s Bugloss flowers
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Method:

  1. Add everything to a clean jar.
  2. Steep for 3–5 days, then strain.
  3. Serve with tonic, a lemon wedge, and a smug expression.

Serving Tip: Blue floral gin > boring regular gin. Trust us.
