Ingredients:

• Mixed leaves or baby spinach

• Handful of sliced strawberries

• Crumbled feta or goat’s cheese

• Finely chopped Common Sorrel leaves

• Balsamic glaze


Method:

1. Build your salad base with leaves and berries.

2. Sprinkle over cheese and Common Sorrel.

3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and eat immediately.
