Self Heal & Lemon Tea
(Prunella vulgaris)
Self Heal isn’t just a pretty name—it’s a traditional edible herb with mildly bitter leaves and vibrant purple flowers, perfect in infusions or leafy dishes.
Ingredients:
• 1 tsp dried Self Heal flowers
• Slice of lemon
• 250ml hot water
• Honey (optional)
Method:
1. Steep flowers and lemon in hot water for 5–7 mins.
2. Strain and sip.
3. Sweeten if desired.
Serving Tip: Ideal for bedtime or post-lunch digestion resets.
