Ingredients:

• 100g unsalted butter (softened)

• 1 tbsp chopped Salad Burnet

• Zest of ½ lemon

• Salt & pepper


Method:

1. Mix everything well.

2. Roll into a log in clingfilm or baking paper. Chill until firm.

3. Slice and melt over warm potatoes, grilled veg, or steak.


Serving Tip: Keeps in the fridge for a week or freeze for wild flavour on demand.
