Pink and punchy, Red Campion petals are edible and mildly sweet. A little floral, a little wild. Perfect for elevating everyday eats into forager-chic feasts.

Ingredients:

• 200g self-raising flour

• 100g sugar

• 1 egg

• 100ml milk

• 50ml oil

• 100g raspberries

• Handful of Red Campion petals


Method:

1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, then combine.

2. Fold in raspberries and Red Campion petals.

3. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

 

Serving Tip: Sprinkle extra petals on top before baking for maximum floral flair.
