Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp roasted & ground Chicory root (or use a coffee alternative)

• 1 tsp honey

• 100ml milk or plant milk

• Ice


Method:

1. Brew a strong chicory “coffee.” Chill thoroughly.

2. Shake with milk, honey, and ice.

3. Pour over fresh ice and serve cold.


Serving Tip: A botanical buzz without the caffeine crash.
