Ingredients:

• Fresh pasta

• 50g butter

Sage leaves and flowers

• Salt, pepper

• Grated Parmesan


Method:

1. Melt butter in a pan and cook until golden brown.

2. Add torn Sage leaves and flowers.

3. Toss in cooked pasta.

4. Finish with Parmesan, black pepper, and a few petals on top.
