Corn Chamomile Simple Syrup

🌼 Corn Chamomile

(aka Anthemis arvensis)

Delicately apple-scented, Corn Chamomile brings a calming, floral lift to food and drink. Think of it as chamomile’s wild country cousin—less refined, more rebellious, just as delicious.

 

The base for drinks, drizzles, or botanical mischief

 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup water

• 1 cup sugar

• 2 tbsp fresh Corn Chamomile flowers (or 1 tbsp dried)


Method:

1. Simmer water and sugar until dissolved.

2. Add Corn Chamomile flowers, simmer for 5 mins.

3. Steep 20 mins, strain, and bottle.
