🌼 Corn Chamomile

(aka Anthemis arvensis)

Delicately apple-scented, Corn Chamomile brings a calming, floral lift to food and drink. Think of it as chamomile’s wild country cousin—less refined, more rebellious, just as delicious.

🥗 Foraged freshness with floral finesse

 

Ingredients:

• Mixed salad leaves

• 1 crisp apple, sliced

• 2 tbsp toasted sunflower seeds

• A handful of Corn Chamomile petals

• Optional: goat’s cheese

• Dressing: olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey


Method:

1. Toss leaves, apple, and seeds.

2. Drizzle with dressing.

3. Finish with Corn Chamomile petals and cheese.
