This minty-medicinal herb is perfect in herbal teas and syrups. Betony is less sweet, more grounding—ideal in savoury or herby settings.

Ingredients:
- 100g unsalted butter
- 1 tsp finely chopped Betony leaves
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Pinch of sea salt
Method:
- Blend all ingredients.
- Roll into a log, chill until firm. Slice as needed.
