👉 Start a floral tradition with Cowslip

 

Ingredients:

• 15 Cowslip flower heads

• 1L water

• 500g sugar

• Zest & juice of 1 lemon


Method:

1. Boil water and sugar until dissolved.

2. Add flower heads and lemon zest. Simmer for 5 mins.

3. Stir in lemon juice, let cool, strain, and bottle.


Serving Tip: Serve with sparkling water or gin for countryside elegance in a glass.
