Cornflower Petal Pancakes - A Wild Kitchen Manifesto

Cornflower Petal Pancakes

🌸 Cornflower

(Centaurea cyanus)

Bright blue, peppery, and basically edible confetti. These petals are mild in flavour but mighty in looks. Use them like you use parsley—but prettier.
