Pink and punchy, Red Campion petals are edible and mildly sweet. A little floral, a little wild. Perfect for elevating everyday eats into forager-chic feasts.

Ingredients:

• 100g granulated sugar

• 2 tbsp Red Campion petals


Method:

1. Blitz petals and sugar in a food processor.

2. Store in a jar. Use in tea, on baked goods, or as a wild cocktail rim.


Serving Tip: Sprinkle on shortbread, stir into tea, or rim your glass like a wild mixologist.
