Cornflower Martini - A Wild Kitchen Manifesto

Blue Bloom Martini

🌸 Cornflower

(Centaurea cyanus)

Bright blue, peppery, and basically edible confetti. These petals are mild in flavour but mighty in looks. Use them like you use parsley—but prettier.

Ingredients:

• 50ml gin

• 20ml dry vermouth

• 1 tsp Cornflower syrup (make like chamomile syrup)

• Ice

• Petals for garnish

Method:

1. Shake gin, vermouth, and syrup with ice.

2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

3. Float Cornflower petals on top like a botanical Bond villain.

Serving Tip: Two of these are enough... Trust me
